DIWASS Software Comparison 2026/2027

ZEDAL, Travas, Movemative and Evreka all market DIWASS-capable products, but they are not identical propositions. Some focus on waste-shipment compliance, some on transparent self-service SaaS, and some extend into ERP/TMS integration and wider waste operations.

How to use this comparison

Do not choose a platform from a feature matrix alone. First define your shipment volume, countries, PIC vs Annex VII mix, number of legal entities/sites, existing ERP/TMS and the amount of manual work you want to remove. Then validate the vendor against your actual competent-authority routes.

Independent disclosure. EU Reg Brief currently has no paid placement or affiliate agreement with the providers on this page. Vendor capabilities and prices below are based on their own current public material and have not all been independently tested by EU Reg Brief. If commercial relationships are added later, they will be disclosed.

Pricing visibility

Pricing transparency differs significantly. This matters because implementation and integration cost can outweigh the licence price for high-volume operators.

ZEDAL International

ZEDAL

Specialist transboundary waste shipment platform
Annex IA/IBAnnex VIIArticle 15ERP integration

ZEDAL positions itself as a mature cross-border waste-shipment specialist. Its current site states that ZEDAL International covers notification-required waste, Annex VII and provisional shipments, offers authority/DIWASS connectivity, plausibility checks, reporting, audit-oriented archiving and ERP integration.

The company states that the product has been used internationally since 2012, in 13 EU countries, by more than 600 companies, with more than one million digital forms processed. These are vendor-reported figures rather than EU Reg Brief measurements.

Operational angle: ZEDAL appears particularly relevant for organisations looking for a specialised waste-shipment platform with a longer operating history rather than a new general-purpose SaaS.

Registration service: ZEDAL currently advertises DIWASS registration assistance specifically for companies based in Germany.

Pricing: we did not find a fixed public tariff. The published sales process is demonstration/consultation followed by a personalised quote.

Travas

Travas

Focused DIWASS platform · Netherlands-based
NotificationsAnnex VIIChain partnersERP/TMS optional

Travas presents itself as a DIWASS-focused platform for notifiers, importers/consignees and carriers. Public product material includes notification creation, XML/digital signing, submission, authority status feedback, bank-guarantee monitoring and archiving. Carrier and chain-partner access is advertised as free.

Its site states that ERP/TMS integration with systems such as SAP or Exact Online is available on request, while the platform can also operate without mandatory system integration.

Pricing: Travas currently publishes €495/year plus €100/month for 240 shipments/year, with shipments above that level charged at €3 each. A 30-day trial is also advertised. Always reconfirm before contracting.

Registration service: Travas separately advertises a one-off DIWASS registration service for €500 excl. VAT; the competent authority still makes the registration decision.

Movemative

Movemative

Self-service DIWASS SaaS with transparent tiers
Annex VIINotificationseCMRREST APIAI assistant

Movemative publicly lists DIWASS operator onboarding, Annex VII submissions, notification management, eCMR/transport documents and API/system integration. It also markets an AI compliance assistant and offers a comparatively transparent self-service pricing structure.

Pricing: annual plans are currently displayed at €89/month Starter, €169/month Professional and €509/month Enterprise. Each tier includes a monthly credit allowance; submissions and signatures consume credits, with additional credits charged separately. Enterprise includes REST API access, webhooks, bulk workflows, SLA and custom onboarding.

Operational angle: the published model is easy to cost before a sales call, which can be useful for smaller operators and teams wanting to test a platform without a large bespoke implementation.

Evreka

Evreka

DIWASS documentation, ERP and custom integration
WasteformEvreka360 ERPCustom integrationERP/TMS

Evreka takes a broader architecture approach. It currently markets three routes: Wasteform for EU waste documentation and DIWASS workflows, Evreka360 as a waste-management ERP with DIWASS built in, and custom integrations for existing ERP/IT environments.

Public material describes Annex VII and IA/IB support, audit trails, status synchronisation, permit/waste-code validation and custom ERP/TMS integration. Evreka also publishes indicative implementation timelines: registration/onboarding 1–2 weeks, Wasteform 2–4 weeks and ERP integration 4–8 weeks, subject to scope.

Pricing: we did not find fixed public subscription prices. The vendor directs prospects toward consultation and scoping.

Operational angle: Evreka appears more relevant where DIWASS needs to sit inside a larger waste-management, weighbridge, ERP or TMS workflow rather than remain a separate compliance tool.

Questions to ask every DIWASS software vendor

Regulatory caution: vendor marketing pages are not the legal source for DIWASS deadlines. Some vendor pages use simplified wording. EU Reg Brief follows current European Commission/EUR-Lex guidance, including the Annex VII transition through 31 December 2026.
